The next Prius is the first vehicle to use the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) modular platform, which provides a lower center of gravity and increased structural rigidity. These features, along with other improvements allow for gains in ride-and-handling, agility and aerodynamics. The improved aerodynamics contribute to an all-new exterior design, which includes a roomier interior.
TNGA was meant to share a common platform among multiple vehicles models, right? what are the Toyota models which use Hilux's architecture? maybe the Fortuner?

ReplyDeleteTNGA Means, Incorporation of much improved technology to provides more center of gravity for the vehicle, Aerodynamically design,Better road handling to provide Much improved Passenger comfort for the Driver & Passengers.
This concept of TNGA is only incorporated in new 2016 with new Prius not in other Models as it is a very new concept introduce by TMC. and may come up in future models as well.
